Wholesale customers must register and log in to see inventory and pricing under WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS.  We need to add you to our wholesale list before you can view products, so please, place a request to be added to the wholesale list.  Wholesale customers must provide evidence of maintaining a retail store.  Such evidence can be a business number, phone number or email address tied to a website or telephone book.  

The minimum wholesale purchase is $120 USD.   We keep prices low and quality high by working directly with the artisans.  In our inventory, 90% of the items available come directly to us from the manufacturer and artisan.  We can maintain high quality standards because we pay higher prices directly to the artisan for their products than they would receive from mass exporters.  In return, the artisans maintain a high quality standard to keep our business, and they are willing to work with us on the design process.  For example, we have two groups of artisans we work directly with in Indonesia.  We recently asked for a design to be made in well striped tiger ebony.  The reply we received is that he'll send photos of the wood for approval before he even begins carving.  We are supporting at least 6 families in Indonesia through our small business.  We can pass on the savings to you as a middle man is removed from the transaction. 

In addition to our 30 day money back guarantee,  you are free to return unopened product to us within 6 months of purchase at your expense for store credit on in stock merchandise.  Minimum value on the product to be returned is $75.00 and custom orders do not apply.

Custom orders can be accomodated with 4-6 weeks lead time.  Most custom orders require an MOQ of 5-30 items per size (depending on supplier) and a minimum purchase of $800 with 50% payment up front. Our suppliers in Indonesia have MOQ's of 10-20 items per size.  We have access to 100's of products that we do not have in stock.  In addition, if you send us a design, we can forward to our artisans to see if they can produce it.  Feel free to inquire.

First time wholesale customer with us?  We would be happy to provide a free sample of any item that wholesales for under $10 to you.  If the item is sold in pairs, you will receive a pair.
