We finally have in some small septum pinchers.  These are ideal as septum jewelry with each measuring only 10 to 12mm.  These should be able to hide easily if desired.

There is a size tolerance of +/- 0.5mm due to the hand made nature of this item.

    Mother of Pearl pincher is absolutely beautiful in color, small in overall size so it's not overbearing, and resilient (has already made it through several drops and being stepped on-oops). Will be buying a couple more soon.
